Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE postage on all orders over $200. For orders below $200 we charge a flat rate of $10.00

We offer express shipping for $25 flat rate for a 5kg satchel. We will quote larger bulky items after checkout.

Time Frames  

Your order will be packed and sent within 3 business days of purchase but we do aim to have orders out same and next business day after purchase but with big restocks and busy periods such as Christmas please allow extra time.

When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number. 

Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times vary based on where you live and at busy times of the year eg. Christmas & Easter.

We use use Australia Post for our deliveries but will update this if we start using other couriers.

If you would like to specify which courier to send your order through please leave a note at checkout and we will do what we can.

We promise we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

Pickup

If you are located near Milton area we are happy for you to pick up your items from our store. 

Please select the 'Pickup' option at checkout and leave your mobile number so we can contact you when it is ready. We will do our best to have it ready for you within 24 hours.

Your order can be picked up during open hours. 

Packaging

As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of them being sent to you.

We try our best to reuse shipping boxes and filler as much as possible. Every bit helps.
